*Install nss-pam-ldapd.
*Run Add/Edit the following command to enable LDAP for user account management:<code>authconfig --enableldap \ --ldapserver=,, \ --ldapbasedn='dc=csl,dc=tjhsst,dc=edu' --update</code>*Edit lines in /etc/nslcd.conf and append the following two lines:
uri ldap://openldap1.tjhsst.edu/ uri ldap://openldap2.tjhsst.edu/ base dc=csl,dc=tjhsst,dc=edu base group ou=groupsgroup,dc=csl,dc=tjhsst,dc=edu base passwd ou=peoplesysadmins,dc=csl,dc=tjhsst,dc=edu
*Execute the following command to reload the nslcd configuration:
service nslcd restart
*Edit /etc/nsswitch.conf to use "compat ldap" for the passwd and group databases as described in the Gentoo section above.
