Bottom is a server residing in the CSL Machine Room that is currently a non-production storage server.

History
Bottom was named as such because it was purchased with Snares (then called Top) and was rackmounted below it. It was used as a Xen VM Server and later converted to use KVM.
The machine was later repurposed to be one of the two services providing storage services, along with Snares. Crate and Barrel have now replaced this system, and it is now unused.
